Just Fit Training Group offers an experience that unites years of professionalism and education with a challenging fitness regimen that motivates individuals to achieve their desired goals and has made us a staple in the fitness industry since 2013. The Just Fit Training method implements Strength Training, TRX, Kettlebells, Body Weight Movements, HIIT Training, Sport Specific Training, and Correctional Exercises, that help clients lose weight, burn fat and build muscle. Whether an athlete or a beginner we personally design a program to meet your specific needs. Within our private studio, we offer private 1 on 1 Training, webcam sessions and private home training for individuals who cannot make it to us. Just Fit uses technology and data, using our InBody Scan System to help achieve our clients needs, along with Registered Dietitian services related to weight loss and any other dietary needs. Just Fit caters to the Bayside, Whitestone, Flushing, Astoria, Manhasset, Port Washington, Roslyn and surrounding Long Island neighborhoods. The Founder and CEO of Just Fit has a Bachelor’s in Physical Education from Queens College and a Masters in Health from Adelphi University. His fundamentals and twenty years of experience has molded the Just Fit team into one of the best training companies around.

Our Registered Dietitian helps clients lose weight by providing accountability by monitoring caloric intake and by making adequate adjustments in their food choices, portions, and quality of foods consumed. This Service is offered both in person and virtually.

Offered in person as well as virtually, our consultants help clients make progress in their lives in order to achieve greater fulfillment with the use of exercise, diet, sleep, goal oriented planning, analyzing their obstacles and overcoming them, as well as establishing challenging and progressive training regimens that individuals can implement at he gym on their own.
